I can’t tell you how excited I am to share this with you!  My first Chinese New Year with some authentically prepared mouth watering  Chinese Food.  What a night!  To our Chef and Host of the night I want to say thank you for an unbelievable evening of food and laughs (and a lot of scotch).

 

I’ve attached the Wikipedia Link for those of you (myself included) who aren’t familiar with this important Holiday.  There is a 12 year Zodiac cycle and each year is represented by an Animal.  My Zodiac happens to be a Rooster.  My wife thought that was funny for some reason.
